Together, we will find balance through a variety of techniques, including breathwork, kriyas, meditation, and physical postures.
Balance is not attainted then forgotten about, it is an ongoing practice and commitment.
Health
Yoga is a powerful tool for improving physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.
Classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while (hopefully) reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
The classes are accessible to all, though I am only currently licenced to teach adults.
Community
Community is essential for personal growth and well-being. My classes are a warm and welcoming environment where I seek to make sure everyone feels supported and valued.
Classes are community focused and we seek to foster a sense of connection with our fellow yogis. New or experienced, come say hello.
